About Me

I'm Dr. Nishi Parikh, an ML scientist and data-driven researcher with a Ph.D. in Machine Learning for Material Science from Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Ahmedabad.

My work sits at the intersection of machine learning and physical science, building models that predict material behavior, accelerate device characterization, and reduce experimental cost. I've published 12+ peer-reviewed papers in journals like ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Energy Chemistry, and Solar Energy.

Beyond academia, I develop end-to-end ML pipelines for real-world problems; from predicting Li-ion battery aging to discovering properties of halide perovskites using supervised and ensemble learning methods.

I'm currently open to industry data science roles and freelance ML projects, particularly in energy, materials, or scientific computing domains.
